How it Works
1) REVIEW THE PACKAGE OPTIONS
Head and Shoulders: For Acting or Intro Modeling
- 2 looks with different backgrounds/lighting
- 1 hour in studio
- 4 fully retouched images selected by you from a private online gallery
- Additional images available for purchase
Full-length and 3/4 images: Comprehensive Modeling Portfolios
- 5 looks, with the option to bring additional backup outfits
- 2 hours in studio
- 10 fully retouched images selected from a private online gallery
- Posing instruction and industry guidance throughout the session
Complete Package: for Kids Pursuing Both Acting and Modeling
- 5 looks that cover both modeling and acting needs
- Approximately 2 to 3 hours in studio
- 15 fully retouched images, including dedicated acting headshots
- 5 additional unretouched images for personal use or social media
All packages include the option to add an additional sibling at a discounted rate.
2) HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICES
For each session, you may choose whether to include the optional hair and makeup artist. The artist’s fee is an additional $250, paid directly to the artist on the day of the shoot.
Including hair and makeup is strongly recommended for all sessions. The artist keeps the hair consistent through multiple looks, maintains a natural, age appropriate appearance, and provides an extra person to interact with your child so they feel comfortable in front of the camera.
If you are unsure whether you should include hair and makeup, you are welcome to contact me with questions before booking.
3) ADDITIONAL SIBLING DISCOUNT
Many families choose to photograph two children during the same appointment window. Each of the sessions below offers a discounted rate for a second child when scheduled together.
If you would like to add a sibling, select “Additional sibling” between the description and the calendar on the booking page. Both children must be photographed during the same appointment, and we will photograph them consecutively for each look and set change so that both children receive a full, individual portfolio.
The exact discounted pricing and the number of retouched images for a second child are listed within each session description below.
4) DETAILED SESSION INFORMATION AND BOOKING
Children's Headshots Session
$750
The Children’s Headshots Session is ideal for young actors and performers who need clean, industry-standard images without full length modeling photographs. This session focuses on expression, personality, and versatility within a tight, polished headshot format.
- 1 hour in studio. An additional hour is added if you choose to include the hair and makeup artist.
- 2 looks with distinct lighting setups. Typically this includes one commercial look and one more dramatic or character-driven look. Both looks can be acting focused if modeling is not needed.
- 4 retouched images, selected by you from a private online gallery.
- Sibling rate available. A discounted rate of $450 for a second child is offered when they are booked for the same date and time. See the “Sibling Sessions” section above for more details.
This session is solely for headshots. It does not include three quarter or full length modeling images.
Children's Modeling Session
$1100
The Children’s Modeling Portfolio Session is designed for kids who need a complete, agency ready portfolio for modeling submissions. The session includes full length, three quarter, and close up images that show range, personality, and a variety of wardrobe changes..
- 2 hours in studio. An additional hour is added if you choose to include the hair and makeup artist.
- 5 looks with distinct lighting setups. Typically this includes a mix of full-length and 3/4 length shots.
- 10 retouched images, selected by you from a private online gallery.
- Posing instruction and industry guidance throughout the session.
- Sibling rate available. A discounted rate of $600 for a second child is offered when they are booked for the same date and time. See the “Sibling Sessions” section above for details.
This session is solely for headshots. It does not include three quarter or full length modeling images.
Children's Complete Session
$1350
The Children’s Complete Session is the most streamlined option for children who need a comprehensive package of both headshots and a full modeling portfolio created in one cohesive session. It covers everything agencies typically require for both modeling and on-camera work.
- 5 looks planned to cover both modeling and acting needs.
- 2 to 3 hours in studio. An additional hour is added if you choose to include the hair and makeup artist.
- 15 retouched images, selected by you from a private online gallery.
- 5 additional unretouched images, at no extra charge, selected by you from a private online gallery.
- Posing instruction and industry guidance throughout the session.
- Sibling rate available. A discounted rate of $700 for a second child is offered when they are booked for the same date and time. See the “Sibling Sessions” section above for details.
